Initial Ideas and Character Design Development about "Confusion"

 Today I worked on generating ideas for Character for "Confusion". I did some online research, as I wanted my character to look confused. While researching through the internet, I found an Actor from a movie that I watched recently which was "Thor: Love and Thunder". I always liked the actor, Chris Hemsworth. Meanwhile, I found a picture of him in red carpet where he was in suit with bow. As I wanted to make my character in a suit, it hit me with an idea  to work for the character. However, he generated a lot of interest in Alzheimer's disease earlier in December when he found out he had two copies of the APOE-e4 gene(one of the known risk factors for developing Alzheimer). So, i felt the character would be connected to him as my character is full of confusions in his life.

Like for other characters, I opened Photoshop and made a new canvas of 2000x3000 pixel portrait frame layout. I designed my character with a side pose as below.

After the pose, I created the outline of the character. I started with the face. I worked on dress as well and put him a shoe. The character looked very dashing yet confused. I finalized the drawing by putting everything together.

I also added some color to his suit. However, my final outcome will be on the main blogs about character back stories.

 My next blog will be on the emotion called Anger.
